Indeavor SMS Terms of Service

Program description. Indeavor provides workforce scheduling and labor-management software. Through this messaging program, Indeavor sends one-time, on-request text messages to customers and prospects who ask us to text them a specific piece of information during a live chat on https://www.indeavor.com or a phone call to (608) 292-3651.

How to opt in. There is no automatic enrollment. You opt in by asking an Indeavor representative, during a chat or call, to text you specific information (for example, “Can you text me the link to schedule a call?”) and providing your mobile number. You will receive a single text containing the information you requested. No message is sent unless you request it.

Message frequency. On-request and non-recurring. Frequency varies based on your requests. This is not a subscription and we do not send recurring or promotional campaigns.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent unless you request one again.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
