You don’t need to be an Indeavor user to participate. Just make sure your referral aligns with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

What makes a referral eligible for rewards?

To qualify, your referral must:

Be a new organization not currently using Indeavor, or a new facility/division within an existing customer
Hold a leadership role in operations, HR, IT, or digital transformation
Work in a relevant industry like manufacturing, government services, oil & gas, energy, or healthcare

Indeavor will verify ICP fit before any rewards are issued.

The Indeavor Ambassador & Referral Program allows eligible participants (“Referrers”) to earn cash rewards by introducing qualified contacts (“Referrals”) who fit Indeavor’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Here’s a summary of the key terms:

Eligibility: Anyone can refer—customers, partners, consultants, or industry peers. You do not need to be an Indeavor user.
Qualified Referrals: Must be a new company not using Indeavor, or a new facility/division within an existing customer.
Ideal Customer Profile (ICP): Leaders in operations, HR, IT, or digital transformation within industries such as manufacturing, energy, healthcare, oil & gas, or government services.
Reward Structure:
- $500 when the referral completes a qualified meeting and is confirmed to match our ICP
- $1,000 when that referral becomes a customer (contract signed and activated)
- One month free for the referred customer on qualifying new annual contracts
Payout Timelines:
- $500 is issued after the qualified meeting is completed
- $1,000 is issued after contract activation
- One month free is automatically applied to the customer’s first billing cycle
Additional Details:
- Unlimited referrals allowed through the official form
- No rewards for duplicate entries, self-referrals, or fraudulent submissions
- Referred companies must sign a contract within 12 months of the referral date
- Indeavor reserves the right to determine final eligibility and ICP fit
