Enterprise Business Analyst

Primary Function/Position Summary

As an Enterprise Business Analyst, you will be part of a team that is responsible for requirements elicitation, process analysis, documentation, configuration, and implementation of Workloud software. You will participate in the full lifecycle of a product implementation and ensure successful delivery of projects.  The ideal candidate is self-motivated, articulate, confident, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

Essential Job Functions

  • Implement workforce management solutions for enterprise customers using Workloud software products.  Modules include scheduling, timekeeping, attendance tracking, and accruals

  • Analyze and document workforce management requirements, process flows, use cases, testing scenarios, and training plans

  • Contribute to successful implementations and customer satisfaction as a key member of project teams

  • Understand and communicate the capabilities and limitations of workforce management modules to effectively and creatively use features to meet client needs

  • Configuration of functional rules

  • Document solution and creating training materials

  • Conduct end user training sessions

Required Skills, Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Excellent professional communication skills in both verbal and in written form

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Flexible, open-minded team player who enjoys working hard to achieve group goals and initiatives

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Background in Workforce Management applications

  • Background in cloud-based software deployment or support

  • Special consideration will be given to candidates with degrees or certifications in information systems, computer science, engineering, or mathematics

  • Proven experience in executing and delivering on necessary project deliverables



Support Analyst


Employment Category:  Regular Full Time Exempt

Reports to:  Support Manager                                                                

Primary Function/Position Summary

The Support Analyst will provide front-line technical support to workforce management end users on various technical issues and workflow questions relating to our software and peripherals. The Support Analyst will be responsible for responding to, documenting and resolving service tickets in a timely manner. The Support Analyst must have excellent problem-solving skills in order to diagnose, evaluate and resolve complex situations. Additionally, the support analyst will write (or learn to write) reports using SSRS or other business intelligence software.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, web conference, and in person

  • Resolve issues in a timely manner, including troubleshooting application issues

  • Documenting calls, issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions

  • Create training guides and materials

  • Coordinate with both the client team and the development team to ensure all necessary requirements for enhancements are successfully achieved

  • Thoroughly test functionality within the core product and applications to ensure changes are successfully implemented and requirements are met

  • Identify enhancements to increase usability and utility of applications

  • Conduct training sessions as necessary

  • Write (or learn to write) custom reports using business intelligence software

  • Other duties as required

Skills, Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Report writing and/or business intelligence software experience highly desired

  • SQL knowledge a plus

  • Passion for customer service
